"First let me say that Zack and Erin are fabulous at this location. I had some issues with signing up at a different office in the beginning because of someone retiring and paperwork was never sent to me. When my policy was transferred to Rick Bailey's office I was not happy until Zack asked me to give them a change. They deserved it! Then confusion with the claims department and a company that went out of business or changed names left me again wondering if I made a mistake. I sent an email to the office explaining that I was not happy and was contacted within 5 minutes. Erin called me, she listened and less than 24-hours later all issues have been solved. This office is hands down fabulous at customer service, just talk to them. Oh, and my car insurance and renters insurance together literally costs 1/4 of what GEICO/Assurant was costing me!!! Truly 1/4 of the costs."
